Our Story
Our story is learning from experience that honesty is the soul of business.
Veridian is made up of a team of IT professionals who share a love of technology, helping people, and a common background.
Before Veridian, our founding members all took a similar path on their career journeys which is all too common in the industry. Working for several Managed Services providers over the years, we found that they often fell into operating in a way that did a disservice to their Clients and employees alike.
IT is a broad and complex subject for many, but also something businesses of all sizes depend on. Unfortunately, this leaves them open to being taken advantage of by providers. As technology rapidly evolves, and becomes more important to our work, business owners are often left to blindly trust that their provider is doing what they say and has their best interests at heart. Unfortunately, this is not always the case.
In truth, many local IT providers are also scrambling to keep up with constant industry changes. This problem is only amplified when making the next sale becomes more important than understanding what they’re selling or how to deliver it. In turn, you get half-baked solutions and sub-par service.
From the IT professionals’ perspective, this tends to lead to a lack of proper training or workloads the team cannot support. Customers understandably become frustrated with the service, which often causes leadership to turn their ire on the team rather than address the problem.
 Most IT professionals start with a passion for solving problems and helping people. But many lose it along the way as the businesses failures kill their confidence and motivation. This cycle of negativity is how Veridian was born.
At Veridian we are different. We are owned and operated exclusively by members who sat in those seats. Our mission is to channel our love of technology into creating services and solutions that provide real business value. We believe in forming meaningful relationships with our Clients, operating honestly, and providing excellent service. We know from experience that being experts on our product and making commitments we can keep is the way to forge lasting relationships where everyone wins.
